HISTORY

Last year, GA Wakeboard Lessons opened their doors to a hand-full of the most determined riders for one grueling weekend of the most intense wakeboard training ever offered. When the dust settled, they spit out eight weather-hardened riders with over 40 combined new tricks, including a dozen new inverts.

For 2014, they are doubling their recruits, going all-inclusive, and adding a massive twist for those looking to push their riding to the next level. They want anyone, beginner to expert, who is looking to push their body physically and mentally, to learn what it takes to be a professional athlete, and to feel what it takes to become the elite. Nautique Announces New All-Inclusive Wake Series for 2014

The landscape of competitive professional wakeboarding has changed in the United States. This past Friday, Nautique President and CEO Bill Yeargin dropped the ball on us in the form of a casual blog post. In the post, Yeargin announced a brand new all-inclusive wake league dubbed the Nautique Wake Series.

“The few people who we’ve told about our plans have been really excited” Yeargin explains on the Nautque Insider’s blog. “We will have more details on the Nautique Wake Series coming out in the weeks ahead.”

Needless to say, the announcement has the internet buzzing as the announcement comes on the heels of the King of Wake’s recent declaration that they will be “focusing on solely on Men’s Pro” for 2014. Read More >
