It’s the season for Boat Shows and if you had to guess which one is the best to attend here is a hint – Atlanta! Our partners at Watersports Central are the premier Nautique dealership in the south and they had some of the best looking Nautique boats for 2020. GS series, G series, Ski Nautique, and the beast of the show which is the new G23 Paragon. It’s true the Paragon is expensive, but it is the absolute best….no details over looked. You don’t need to spend $267,000 on a Paragon and you can have just as much fun in a GS20 for a far less price tag.
The Atlanta Boat Show continues to grow and attract tens of thousands of people every year. Saturday was by far one of the most fun days spent talking with everyone about the boats and hearing about their love for towed watersports. There is no better cure for the winter blues than when the Boat Show comes to town! This year’s boat show marks a long run of 15 years in a row for me. It’s a great time to catch up with friends and meet new people associated with the water sports industry. Ambush Board Co. and Nautique Boats set up in the Marine Max of Georgia booth and displayed an exemplary selection of boats from the 2015 lineup.
The G Series boats attracted a lot of attention and featured some outstanding new colorways this year. Nautique stepped it up with two colors in particular – Orange Metal Flake & Purple Metal Flake. The depth in the paint is astonishing in person! All of the Nautique boats were filled with people exploring all the details of the interior and learning about the new Linc 2.0 Helm System. Lines of people waited patiently for their turns to board the G21, G23, and G25. Seeing the boats in person was such an amazing experience and it was unbelievable to see people stay on the boats for 15-30 minutes at a time.
The one boat that definitely garnered the most love was the Nautique 210. Displayed at the show was an all white 210 that featured the Orange Metal Flake accent. This is definitely the boat to buy in 2015 and the longer you sleep on it, the more you will regret it. As if that weren’t enough to convince yourself to buy one now, Ambush Board Co. offered an incentive that would have made you throw your wallet at the dealer. The weekend went as smooth as you can imagine. Sales associates had the back up they needed with Nautique Team Riders JD Webb and Shawn Watson diving head first into all questions and giving customers their full attention. JD explained all the custom features, the benefits of the NSS, and how he weights his boat for wakeboarding. The Boat Show is an excellent opportunity to get great deals and one-on-one time with manufacturer representatives and riders.
