Once a year Hyperlite and Byerly Boards invite their top dealers to make their way down to sunny Florida for a few days to shreducation to learn about the brands with hands-on clinics and demos and get the full personal treatment. This year we headed down to the 4th annual Shreducation to hang out with our longtime friend and rep Eddie Beverly and check out the scene. It’s truly amazing the amount of R&D and technology that Hyperlite and Byerly Boards put into their product. We started off with visiting the surfing legend and infamous shaper Scott “Butch” Buchard at his studio in Satellite Beach, Florida. After a morning of watching and listening to Butch talk about all that goes into making a wakeboard and some of his wakesurfer designs we headed out on the Intracoastal for a chance to ride all the new 2017 product. Cole had a killer 2015 season and was in a ton of videos including all of “The Coalition” series. Even though Coles season was cut short with a knee injury we know he will be back and on fire next year! Checkout this video he put together and make sure you checkout some of the 2016 Byerly Boards that just hit the site. BuyWake.com visits Orlando,FL for 2015 Surf Expo…aka Bro Party
So every year the water sports industry descends upon Orlando for Surf Expo. Retailers from across the globe come to see new product and get one on one time with some of the brands. We always like getting to Expo and seeing all our friends from brands and especially some of our Team Riders. This year we saw some of the coolest booths ever! Liquid Force had a clean open aired booth and was laced with their entire line. Some highlights were seeing the 2016 LTD boards and boots with the LF’N Awesome theme to it! Our good friend Harley Clifford showed us his 2016 Remedy and his 2016 LTD product.
