2018 Hyperlite Shreducation Clinic

What do you do when Hyperlite wants you to take a few days off work, come down to Florida, and attend this years Shreducation?  YOU GO!

We packed up the truck early and ripped out of ATL around 5:00 AM for a quick stop in Valdosta to slap hi fives with the homies at Valdosta Wake Compound.  If you get a chance to swing through, make sure you’ve got your board with you because this place needs to be on your bucket list!
We landed in Orlando around 2:00 PM and were able to squeeze in a little round of golf on the front 9 with Jeff Langley and Marc Rossiter.  Thanks for the laughs, fellas.  We look forward to a full round of golf with you guys soon!

2017 Nautique Wakeboard Nationals

What a wild four days of wakeboarding competition we had here in Acworth, Georgia!  The worlds best Wakeboarders descended upon Lake Allatoona for the 2017 Nautique Wakeboard Nationals and it was nothing short of action packed.  BuyWake Team Riders Harley Clifford, Mike Dowdy, and Noah Flegel topped the Podium for a full BuyWake sweep and each took home arguably one of the coolest trophies.  The Wakeskating was a little touch and go due to the conditions on the water, but Reed Hansen came out on top and proved once again he knows how to compete no matter the conditions.  On the women’s podium BuyWake Team Rider Nicola Butler came in second place just behind Nautique Athelete Meagan Ethell who charged it all day to take the win. 2017 Hyperlite Shreducation with BuyWake.com

#shreducation17 Was a Huge Success!

Once a year Hyperlite and Byerly Boards invite their top dealers to make their way down to sunny Florida for a few days to shreducation to learn about the brands with hands-on clinics and demos and get the full personal treatment.  This year we headed down to the 4th annual Shreducation to hang out with our longtime friend and rep Eddie Beverly and check out the scene.  It’s truly amazing the amount of R&D and technology that Hyperlite and Byerly Boards put into their product.  We started off with visiting the surfing legend and infamous shaper Scott “Butch” Buchard at his studio in Satellite Beach, Florida.  After a morning of watching and listening to Butch talk about all that goes into making a wakeboard and some of his wakesurfer designs we headed out on the Intracoastal for a chance to ride all the new 2017 product.  Check out some of the killer photos that Rodrigo Donoso took from the day!
