This is one of the better cross over videos featuring the legend Parks and the Red Bull F1 crew. F1 in Miami is going to be a big party next year and one for which we will not miss. Check out this wild video of Parks barefooting behind the Red Bull F1 car!
Suwannee Dirge Birge Floatchilla – Bear, SpaceMob & Friends

When Bear (Bryan Soderlind) calls us up with a fun idea we can promise you the answer is always going to be YES! Bear gathered up the SpaceMob crew and had a little surprise guest up his sleeve that turned out to be MP Cunningham of the legendary show Aqua Donkeys. This trip was an absolute VIBE. The images that Bear captured of this four-day adventure will forever be classics and a reminder of the good times had. You know PB had to be on the trip as well, to just be that ace up the sleeve. Parks‘ drone skills lent a helping hand to the vibe of the video and, trust us, this video is a classic! Can’t help but give a cheers to PB for the songs too. Just wait for the last song, it’s as good as it gets.
Ambush/BuyWake Founder Posthumously Inducted into Wakeboarding Hall of Fame
The Wakeboarding Hall of Fame is one of the most hallowed places in the world of wakeboarding. Being inducted means that the story of wakeboarding cannot be told without you. It is a testament to one’s contribution to the sport and the ultimate recognition that you have reached the pinnacle of wakeboarding. Whether your are an industry pioneer or one of the greatest riders of all time, Wakeboarding Hall of Fame inductions aren’t handed out, they are earned through decades of dedication to wakeboarding and its culture.
The 2018 Wakeboarding Hall of Fame class is, in my humble opinion, the greatest class in the young history of the Hall. This class truly represents the golden days of wakeboarding when it went from fringe activity to a highly revered board sport. If previous WHOF classes were paying homage to the sport’s founding fathers, this class was honoring the riders and industry titans that blew the lid off of wakeboarding and took it to the next level and beyond.
Wakeboard History with Eddie Beverly
Wakeboard History 101
A Phone Interview with Eddie Beverly
Eddie Beverly has been our Hyperlite rep since day one. We have grown our business and our friendship together over the years, all the while listening to him tell some of the funniest and most captivating and informative stories. The one thing we want you all to know is that Eddie is the truth. This guy was and is a part of wakeboarding history, having been there when the first wakeboard was made and when the term “wakeboard” was coined. Eddie has been committed to growing the sport since its birth, and has played a key role in developing the Hyperlite brand. Can you imagine the things he has seen while traveling with the legends Parks Bonifay and Scott Byerly? Dude is a legend…surrounded by legends. Eddie has been doing Hyperlite for 30 years. He is most likely more physically fit then you, and has a way better tan. We want to share with you a few of his stories, and not so much in a podcast format, but in what a typical phone conversation would be like. There are a few gems in this 18+ minute conversation…so pay close attention. I could have let him talk for hours on end, but I’m thinking about making a few more of these in the future with even better, funnier stories. Eddie is in Seattle right now checking out the 2017 Hyperlite line, and I can’t wait for him to get back and get us some sneak peaks of the goods!
Sit back and listen to a little wakeboarding history and other fun stories with me and Eddie. Enjoy!
