Wake for Warriors is a non-profit organization founded in 2010 by Marine Corps veteran Dave Deep. After serving four deployments abroad, Dave experienced first hand what our brave men and women in uniform were dealing with and decided he was going to do something to help them. Dave is passionate about wakeboarding and wakesurfing and wanted to channel his love of watersports into a positive, healing experience for his fellow service members.
We Came as Warriors, We Left as Friends

Okay, you and the crew just had an epic morning session and now the water bugs (tubers) are chopping the water up…time to take a break while the “Chop Monster” is in full effect or maybe pull out the surfers till things die down.
By this point, we all have most likely used ballast bags to help perfect our boat’s wake while we Wakeboard. Well, Eight.3 came out with a product that is going to change the way you think about surfing. Read More >
It’s sick to see more of the Valdosta Wake Compound. Much less, Quinn Silvernale shredding it to pieces. We’re looking forward to making a weekend trip this Spring.
“Fox Nor Cal wake athletes Josh Twelker, Grant Roberts and Derek Cook all come together in this final master edit put together by Trever Maur. Enjoy the end of summer 12 Nor Cal style.”
If you’re a regular user of the internet (I assume you are), you are well aware that anyone can make a wakeboarding video these days and upload it to the web. This past year we were bombarded with mini edits, parts, teasers, web series, product unveilings, contest videos, highlight reels, etc. There’s certainly no shortage of stoke, but has the art of producing quality wakeboard parts been lost in quantity? No! You just have to do a bit of digging to find the ones that shine. Fortunate enough for you, we’ve rounded up our top three and imbedded them below. Happy shredding.
“Cheers to Summer” – Jimmy Lariche & Patrick Weiland
Jimmy teamed up with filmer Patrick Weiland for this edit. Loads of good riding, sharp editing, and scantily clad boat fluff. It looks like Jimmy had a fun summer. Read More >
